"Good Design" Is Great for Downtown.

In 1993, Founder and Principal, Joe Pazdan, sensed that Downtown Greenville's planned "renaissance" would be a smart move for his design firm. With over 100 successful projects completed, many that helped redefine Downtown, we'd say Pazdan-Smith made the right choice.

Pazdan-Smith Group's C.O.O., Sally Sarratt, also saw great promise in Downtown Greenville. As a female executive, she felt that the area's progressive attitudes would translate to equality for her and other women. Sally will be the first to tell you it has. Accessible and open-minded, that's what we mean by the "Intellectual South."
